Free underground parking, great sites proximity, good staff, close to Tuscany attractions.

This hotel had some great perks! the free underground parking was a huge plus. It's always convenient to have a safe place to park your car. the key location of the hotel was perfect for a city break as it was really close to all the great sites in the area. We were able to explore Tuscany with ease. Lastly, the staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
There were a couple of negatives. Our room view could have been better, especially since there were only a few guests staying at the hotel at the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the free underground parking, as it made it easy for us to explore this city and other amazing sites in Tuscany. Additionally, this hotel's location was perfect for us to easily access various proximities in Tuscany. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes.
Not obvious to find. We did have some trouble initially locating the hotel, and had to rely heavily on GPS to navigate our way.

the parking lot was free and underground which meant we didn't have to worry about our car. We were also pleased that we were close to all the great sites and proximities in Tuscany. the staff were really friendly and helpful too - made us feel really welcome!
We wished we had a better room view considering there were just 2 guests besides us. breakfast seemed stale and old.

the hotel staff were courteous and hospitable, making our experience much more enjoyable. the room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast offerings that included fresh pastries and delicious coffee.
The view from our room was not the best compared to other rooms that had better views.
